The beautiful smiling lady that you see in the photograph is the incredibly talented Radha Devaraj, a super kind soul who lives in Bangalore, India.
Radha kindly honoured our movement by using her creative magic to write and dedicate a poem to us, the poem is about inclusion and the importance of accepting and including other people in the workplace no matter who they are, showing them kindness, care and belonging: bringing 'ones' together into a 'kind they'. We were so moved by the poem that we instantly felt its power and wanted to share the message more widely. Some more beautiful souls came together to collaborate, creating a recorded version of Radha's message so that the sentiment and the kindness ripples could spread....... |
We were then contacted by the incredible Bingqian Gao, who requested permission from Radha to record the poem in her own beautiful way. Radha kindly gave permission and then the next kindness ripples were spread with Bingqian's own beautiful recital of Radha's message:
