Over to Angela:
What Matters to Me
It matters to me that work is fun
Friendships' are made and we get things done
It matters to me that we have some control
What we do makes a difference, playing a valuable role
It matters to me that we develop and grow
Given space to think , letting ideas flow
It matters to me how work makes us feel
The impact on our loved ones is so very real
It matters to me that we try to do more
Supporting our customers is part of our core
It matters to me that we all have a voice
Involvement and feedback is always the choice
It matters to me that our leaders care
Honest and open and decisions are fair
It matters to me that kindness is key
This is the heart of the Companies House family
