Image credit: Inspirasidhamma on Instagram We are delighted to share a poem written by Radha Devaraj, the piece is entitled, 'Inviting Change'. You can find Radha on LinkedIn: Here and on Twitter: @radhacoach Over to Radha: Inviting ChangeImage credit: Inspirasidhamma on Instagram Inviting ChangeChanging to be kind Changing to love Changing to listen Changing to appreciate Changing to offer choice Changing to pause Changing to slow down Changing to be clear Changing to reflect Changing to serve Changing to accept others Changing to accept myself Changing to keep my chin up At work and in life I find it pleasant… Changing to shrink myself Changing to not show up Changing to give up Changing to discard loyalty Changing to abandon commitment Changing to stop questioning Changing to shift the blame Changing to be part of an unkind game At work and in life Do you accept these demands? I find it easier to refuse Do not change for fake acceptance RESTART & and not shutdown What others INTERPRET & IMPOSE is not your change What you REFLECT & REALIZE is your change Support others to change Not because you want them to Not because they are bad But because they need it To get unstuck To move forward & ahead Worthless it is to manipulate change in everything & in others Without changing ourselves slowly and steadily For the real inner magic Thank you so much to Radha for allowing us to share her insightful poem, highlighting the importance of us being honest with ourselves and others to invite and encourage change in all areas of our lives.
